This typically includes: your name, email address, phone number, company or organization name, job title, facility location, facility type and approximate size, and any message or notes you choose to send.
We also collect limited information automatically when you visit our website: IP address, browser type and version, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps. We use Cloudflare for site delivery and security; Cloudflare may process this technical information on our behalf.
Business visitor identification. We use GetLeads, a website visitor identification service, to help us understand which businesses visit our website. When you visit our site, a script provided by GetLeads collects technical information such as your IP address, device and browser characteristics, and the pages you view, and attempts to match that information against business contact databases. Where a match is made, we may receive business-related information such as a company name, and in some cases business contact details associated with that company, including a name, business email address, job title, and business phone number. We use this information for business-to-business outreach and to improve our services. We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare and deliver a facility assessment, send service-related communications, comply with our legal and contractual obligations, and improve our website and services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
