North of the city, Maitland Center and Lake Mary have large office parks along I-4, many with big floor plates and parking garages. Winter Park and Altamonte Springs have smaller buildings with local firms. To the southeast, Lake Nona is adding new office buildings near the airport and its medical campus.
We clean single suites, full floors, and whole buildings in all of these areas.
Each visit, the crew empties trash and recycling and puts in fresh liners. Restrooms are cleaned and disinfected, including toilets and urinals, sinks, and mirrors, and soap and paper are restocked. Desks, counters, light switches, and door handles are wiped. Break areas get tables, sinks, and the outside of appliances cleaned. Carpet is vacuumed, hard floors are mopped, and the front door glass is spot cleaned.
